- Expertise in protein drug production / purification (ex: SEC, HIC, IEX chromatography and diafiltration of antibody) /or small molecules synthesis (MW<5,000)
- Experience in process development, optimization, and scale up of proteins /or small molecules.
- Ability to transfer technology to GMP production and troubleshoot issues
- Knowledge of impurity profile establishment, reference standard preparation, and product specification establishment
- Support for project evaluation and management as well as relevant documentation such as SOP, SOI, technical documents derivations supported for DMF /or patent filling / customer’s need
